A few main points to note:

  • Vehicle Presentation: present like a pro with your client face-to-face at your desk. Review the packet to build value before presenting numbers

  • Send a packet on every point of contact (phone up, internet lead, and lot up)

  • Follow up with your 30, 60, and 90 day customers that have not purchased if packets were not sent initially (maybe even go back 6 months!)

  • Digital Business Card: This will help replace your paper ones (they will never lose this one, can click to call you directly and see your photo)

  • Trackable: you know when they're opening the packet and exactly what they're looking at. Use your Dashboard to help find opportunities.

  • Use price changes as a lead source!

  • All documentation in one spot. No more logging in to 10 different websites.

  • Mobile App: you can access information from the lot of while on a test drive. It's easy to send customers when you are not at the dealership.

  • You now have access to 30+ OEMS to get Original Window Stickers and Build sheets. You can access this through iPacket.us, your iPacket Dealer App, and the Google Chrome Extension.
