Please reach out to your support team at Momentum to get the iPacket integration setup for your store & users mapped. Once it's setup, follow the steps below to use iPacket within your CRM.
iPacket share records in the contact history
A record of previously sent iPacket’s will display in the contact history.
The iPacket icon will turn blue once the iPacket has been viewed.
Once the iPacket has been viewed the user can click the icon to view the customer insight report.
Sending an iPacket via Momentum CRM
Select the iPacket Brochure Template or add the iPacket brochure links to existing dealership templates
Sending Multiple iPackets via Momentum CRM
Use the blue iPacket logo icon to search inventory and add multiple iPacket vehicles to your email.
Preview iPackets via Momentum CRM
Preview the iPackets on the inventory page inside Momentum CRM
Add iPacket to any existing Momentum CRM template
Use the snippet feature to add vehicle iPacket’s to any existing template on the fly.
