Where RO's come from?

iPacket Repair Order (RO) data is extracted from your Dealer Management System (DMS) and loaded directly into your vehicle iPackets.

When do RO's load into iPackets?

In order for an RO to load into an iPacket, it must meet all of the following criteria.

  • RO must be closed in your DMS

  • RO must be closed AFTER the in-stock date

  • RO must list vehicle mileage within 500 miles of current mileage

  • RO must NOT include customer name/information

If you find an iPacket missing an RO, please verify the RO meets the minimum criteria listed above. If the missing RO meets all of the criteria and is still missing, please provide support@autoipacket.com a copy of the RO from your DMS, this will help us troubleshoot the issue!

How often does RO data load?

CDK - data is loaded once per day, 7 days per week
DealerTrack - data is loaded once per day, 7 days per week

AutoMate - data is loaded once per day, 7 days per week
AutoSoft - data is loaded once per day, 7 days per week
DealerBuilt - data is loaded once per day, 7 days per week

Reynolds & Reynolds (pushed via DealerVault)- data is sent to iPacket by the dealership daily or weekly via DealerVault (Authenticom) platform.
