Start a Zoom meeting with your customer!
Log into your iPacket Portal
Click the Zoom icon beside your name in the top-right corner
Sign into Zoom or create an account
Click Launch Meeting or Open Zoom Meetings
Once the meeting loads, find participants at the bottom and invite your customer to the meeting.
Customer VDP Zoom Option
Your customer will also see a Zoom icon on the VDP of every packet you send them. If they click on this icon it will allow them to fill out a form that will send you an email letting you know they are requesting information on this car.
