Customer on the phone?

Watch below as Jordan walks you through how to handle a phone up.

iPacket on the phone transcript:

Thanks for calling.

This is Jordan.

Yes, I can confirm this. Ram 1500 is still available as of now.

What questions do you have about this vehicle?

The customer may ask if there is anything you can do about the price and then you can respond with.

I understand price is a common concern for many buyers, which is why we always strive to offer competitive prices in today's market, because let's face it. If we're not selling cars, we're not doing our job.

However, I want to emphasize that our car preparation process is one of the biggest reasons why I love working here.

We have a thorough checklist and keep detailed records of everything we do to ensure that every car is in excellent condition for our customers.

This is important because I've heard too many stories of people thinking they've got a good deal only to later discover expensive problems that end up costing them more money in the long run.

I'd be happy to share with you some of the steps we took to prepare this car for you, such as replacing the brakes, turning the rotors, installing new tires and wiper blades, changing the oil and filter and of course, a full detail inside and out while I can't negotiate the price, I can assure you that many of our customers have been pleased with our services and have come back to us for repeat business because of it that I mentioned.

I also have access to the original factory sticker for this ram and can verify exactly which options and packages it's equipped with. Many dealers can't provide this information and it's important to know what you're getting.

In fact, I have a full history and reconditioning report on every preowned car.

These reconditioning reports are acting as a receipt to verify the preparation process I mentioned before.

Now, I not only want to discuss this information, I wanna show it to you so you can see this documentation for yourself.

Do you have a device handy?

Great.

Go ahead and open the packet. I just sent you and let's review this together!
