Responding by email? Be confident in your dealerships' ability to separate themselves from their competitors by sending an iPacket.
Video Transcript:
When it comes to responding to internet leads, our primary goal is to reach out to the customer by phone if possible. But if we only have their email, we leverage three key principles to make our response more effective.
First, we apply the principle of introduction which states that anything that's properly introduced is more memorable than something that's not.
Second is the principle of curiosity.
The principle of curiosity is applied by wording our message in a way that piques their interest and leaves them wanting to know more.
Finally, we apply the principle of expectation which means we leave them with a clear action they need to take to help them make that decision.
When sending an iPacket, it's important to follow these principles to make our message stand out.
We start by thanking them for considering us as an option for their new ride.
Then we let them know that we'll be sending them a full history and reconditioning report of that vehicle which contains valuable information that's not typically available.
We encourage them to review the documentation and reach out to us if they have any questions at all, we are confident that with this excellent information, they'll be able to make an excellent decision on an excellent vehicle.
