Each user's unique CRM reply email must be placed in their iPacket Profile in order for the sends from your CRM to map back to iPacket correctly. (if you aren't sure what these are, please ask your OpLogic rep)
Steps to Add the iPacket Email Template
Navigate to your template management section in OpLogic
Start a New Template: Click on a "New Template" or "Add Template" button to initiate the template creation process.
Name: Give the template a descriptive name that agents can easily understand and identify.
Paste the coding below into the Subject field

Choose the Source button
Paste the coding below into the Email Body

Test it on a lead with a Vehicle of Interest in your iPacket inventory.
The iPacket and salesperson's information should autoload into the email body.
