iPacket CRM Email Template Setup | Reynolds&Reynolds / Focus (using phone field)

Instructions on how to setup your iPacket template for dealerships that do not have individual CRM email addresses

**IMPORTANT REQUIRED SETTING**

Each user's first listed phone number in your CRM & iPacket must match exactly & be unique (no extensions allowed) in order for the sends from your CRM to map back to iPacket correctly.

Next, go to your Focus CRM and Copy / Paste the following code snippet into your template builder:

Subject Line: 

{{PT_DESIRED1_YEAR}} {{PT_DESIRED1_MAKE}} {{PT_DESIRED1_MODEL}} from {{PT_DMS_BRANCH_NAME}}
