Make sure your "Caps Lock" key is off.

If you have multiple email addresses, try the others in case you used a different one during registration.

Password Reseting
To update/reset your password while trying to log in, please follow these steps:

If you cannot allocate the email to your Inbox, check the spam folder, as it may have been accidentally caught by your email's spam filter. In this case, identify this message as "not junk" so that you donโt lose any future correspondence from the IPS HUB.
The password reset link will expire after a certain period, but you can request a new email with a new link at anytime.
