1. Creating Your iqtax Account
To start using iqtax, you need to create an account.
Follow these steps:
Step 1 — Go to the Registration Page
Navigate to the Registration page and enter:
First name
Last name
Email address
Password
Confirm the password
Accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
Click “Create Account”.
Step 2 — Check Your Email (Verification Required)
After creating your account, you will automatically receive a verification email from iqtax.
Open your inbox.
Find the email titled “Verify your email for iqtax”.
Click the verification button inside the email.
➡️ This step is required.
You cannot log in before verifying your email address.
2. Logging In to Your Account
After verifying your email:
Go to the Login page.
Enter your email and password.
Click “Log In”.
If the email is verified and credentials are correct, you will be logged in successfully.
3. Forgot Your Password?
If you cannot remember your password:
Open the login page.
Click “Forgot Password?”
Enter your email address.
You will receive a password reset link.
Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.
4. Common Issues & Solutions
I did not receive the verification email
Check your spam folder.
Search for “iqtax”.
Make sure you used the correct email.
If you still cannot find the email, contact us via the chat widget (bottom right).
I cannot log in even after verification
Ensure the email is verified successfully.
Try resetting your password.
Try again using the same device/browser.
