Other income is a catch-all category for all earnings that do not fall under any of the other income types listed. Select this category for any income that doesn’t clearly belong elsewhere.

Tips not listed on the salary certificate, recurring payments due to death or permanent physical/health damage, or federal grants for preparatory courses for federal exams, as far as they exceed the claimed professional education expenses for the tax year.

Provide a payment confirmation from the payer, or compile your own record with relevant receipts and details.
