How to reset your password

All roles can reset their password if they have forgotten it, or deleted their invitation email.

If you need to reset your password, you can use the Forgot password link on the login page to your iQualify account.

Enter your email address, and you'll be sent a link to reset your password.

When you click on the link in your email, it will take you to a screen to create your new password. Your new password will need to meet our minimum requirements:


It must be at least 8 characters long, must not contain any triple character sets (e.g. www) and must contain 3 of the following:

  • one upper case letter

  • one lower case letter

  • one number

  • one special character

A tick will show that your confirmed new password matches. You can then click Save.

The final step is to return to your login screen, and login with your newly created password.

Note: If you are signing on via another service such as Office 365, please contact your learning provider for guidance on how to reset your password.


Troubleshooting questions

Q: I have clicked on the 'forgot password' link and provided my email, but have still haven't received an email.

A: Make sure you entered your login email address, not your preferred contact email address. Don’t forget to check your Junk mail box.

Q: I can't find it in my junk mail. Where could it be?

A: Some common reasons are:

  • The email you provided is not connected to an iQualify account. Double check you are using the correct email address.

  • The email service you are using may have marked iQualify as spam. Double check you have marked email addresses ending with iqualify.com as not spam.
