Yes, but only those that have been made "public" by the other users of Iris Works.

All users can choose to make their locations within Location Scout private or shared. When private, only the studio which created the location can view it. When shared, all users of Iris Works can see the location.

From the drop-down menu, select "Shared Locations". Any shared locations from within your area will populate. Zoom out on your map to view locations outside of your area, or search for a different city to view locations outside of your local area.
