How does this work
We offer easy and quick Online Banking deposits and withdrawals via our provider Fiserv, which works with the vast majority of banks in the US.
As soon as you go into the Online Banking option you're actually working with our third party provider Fiserv and your banking login info is encrypted via their system. We never see it, nor ever have access to it, so it remains completely secure.
Fiserv also has to follow strict security guidelines implemented by their banking partners, so your information is ALWAYS secure.
When you first go to the Deposit or Withdrawal page, you'll see the option to "Add a New Bank Account" - you need to go through this process first in order to setup the account you'd like to use for Online Banking.
Fiserv is one of the largest payment processors in the world and works with the majority of Banks in the U.S.
Find your bank in the list available, or use the search feature to find it.
Once you find your bank you'll be asked to go through a quick process to verify your bank account, and once this is completed you'll be able to deposit or withdraw funds to and from your bank account!
Please note that while deposits are immediate, withdrawals do take approx. 1 - 3 business days to post to your bank. Every bank is different - some are quicker than others - but our customers almost always see their withdrawals hit their account within 3 business days.
If you have ANY trouble with deposits or withdrawals - just reach out to our Support team - they will happily help you with ANY issues!
If you've got ANY concerns about Online Banking with Fiserv or want to investigate them before utilizing their service, you can learn all about them at the Fiserv Website
Please Note: Customers are responsible for any attempted returns, chargebacks or fees imposed by our suppliers or your bank.
If Fiserv is unable to collect the funds from your account for your online banking deposit, a fee ranging anywhere from $25 - $50 for the NSF (non sufficient funds) will be charged, depending on your state laws, even if they are able to collect the funds at a future date.
