Custom work is no problem for iSignShop, we have been doing it since 2014. Our process is simple.
We will send you a custom quote based on the information provided.
Once you have reviewed and accepted the quote we will send a Sales Order Confirmation to your email.
Once our system has received your payment we will create the "Job(s)" and assign it a Job ID.
Our Designers will send a proof for every Job associated with your Sales Order.
You can review your proof online and once it's approved we will move the Job into our Production Phase.
We then order or pull from inventory the materials required.
Once all materials are checked in and verified we will print your project
During production, our Quality Control team and your sales associate will be reviewing the final product for accuracy.
Once all the work is completed we will contact you with Delivery/Pickup information.
Typically this process takes only a few days to complete.
Delays are generally due to clients not receiving their proof due to SPAM settings, be sure to whitelist our website in your mailbox to prevent this from happening.
