If within 30 days of your purchase, you are not 100% satisfied with your iskn products, you can return them to us for a refund.

  • Any damaged product or product not covered by the warranty is not eligible for a refund.
  • For any product purchased from a supplier other than iskn, please consult the supplier's returns policy.


✅ How to request a refund:

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us by clicking on the widget at the bottom right of this page.
  • Fill in your order information, your email address and the reasons for your return. These reasons are very important: every day we work hard to try to make the iskn tablet better and better: your opinions are essential for this.
  • A prepaid return label* is created and sent automatically by email. This shows the address of our nearest returns handler.
  • Pack up your iskn product including its accessories, then drop off your package at a UPS relay point for it to be picked up and returned to us. To ensure that the return goes as smoothly as possible, please make sure that you return all items and packaging in their original condition.
  • Your account is credited with your refund as soon as we receive and test the product you have returned.


🚩  *Any returns from Andorra, Guernsey, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Norway, San Marino and Switzerland must be returned at your own cost to :
