If within 30 days of your purchase, you are not 100% satisfied with your iskn products, you can return them to us for a refund.

  • Any damaged product or product not covered by the warranty is not eligible for a refund.
  • For any product purchased from a supplier other than iskn, please consult the supplier's returns policy.

✅ How to request a refund:

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us by clicking on the widget at the bottom right of this page.
  • Fill in your order information, your email address and the reasons for your return. These reasons are very important: every day we work hard to try to make the iskn tablet better and better: your opinions are essential for this.
  • An electronic return label of €/$/£ 9.90 is generated and sent automatically by email*. The label shows the address of our nearest logistic platform.
  • Pack up your iskn product including its accessories, then drop off your package at a UPS relay point for it to be picked up and returned to us. To ensure that the return goes as smoothly as possible, please make sure that you return all items and packaging in their original condition.
  • Once we've received and tested the product, we'll reimburse the order amount after deduction of the return fees (€/$/£ 9.90)

 

🚩  *Exceptions to this are returns from Andorra, Guernsey, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Norway, San Marino and Switzerland. Returns from these countries are at the customer's own expense and shall be sent to:

📦 Once your return request is authorized, we do our best to process your product return as soon as possible!
Due to the situation, it is possible to have a processing time of maximum 5 working days between the receipt of your package and the processing of your refund.
Don't worry you will receive a refund confirmation as soon as your order return will be processed 😉
