Step 1: Download the VR Maker app on Google Play or the App Store and log in with your email address and password.

Step 2: Tap the Camera icon on the homepage of the app.

Step 3: Choose the INSTA360 mode and then tap the Settings button.

Step 4: Connect your mobile device to your Insta360 ONE X by Wi-Fi; the password is provided on the camera screen. (Choose WiFi Password to show the password)

Step 5: Go back to the VR Maker app. You should now see what's in your INSTA 360's field of view. Leave the room to not appear on this panorama. Simply tap the Capture button once again to snap a panorama.

Step 6: Click the Gallery button to see a list of all the panoramas that are on your Insta360 ONE X, including those you just captured. Tap on the panoramas you just took to preview the image. Select those you'd like to add to your LiveTours and click Done.

Note: Android users need to disconnect from the Insta360 ONE X, then connect to your usual internet connection to upload the panoramas.
