The 360° Picture is a new add-on service that is available in the portal store for all the paid plan users. After you purchase a 360° Picture, there are 2 more steps you need to follow.

Please note that 360° Picture is made solely based on the product videos you provide.

To ensure you get the best quality 360° picture, please make sure to show the complete appearance of the product in the video.

After you have finished your video, please send it to hello@istaging.com with the title

“360° Picture + your iStaging account username”

Your 360° Picture will be delivered within 72 hours after we have received your video.
