Sub-accounts can add flexibility to your capturing habits or provide an overview to the admin account when it is needed. The admin account can capture, view and edit its own LiveTours, but also the LiveTours of all the sub-accounts. The sub-account can only capture, view and edit its own LiveTours. Both admin and sub-accounts can transfer tours to each other.

Now, let's see what the process of adding a sub-account looks like:

Step 1:

Click on your profile picture at the top right corner of your VR Editor (1). From the drop-down menu, choose "Manage my account" (2).

Step 2:

Choose the option "Manage Accounts" from the left-hand side menu (3) and click the "Create" button on the right (4).

Step 3:

After clicking on the "Create" button, you will see the window below. Then, add the name of the user, their email and click "Create". Repeat step #3, if you need more sub-accounts.

After clicking the "Create" button, the user of the sub-account will receive an activation email. The activation email will direct the user to a password setup page. After this step, the user will be able to access the account.

Note: The admin account is the one that carries the cost of usage of the sub-account at the end of each month.
