There are many reasons why you might be interested in changing your iStaging login email.
Transferring your current username under a new email includes some risks. For instance, data and functions might fail to transfer or be lost and this will have a malfunctioning account as a result.
Solution
Let us know that you're interested in transferring your account and follow the steps below:
Sign up for a new account (Pay by Usage or any other plan) with a new username by going to our official website.
After creating the new account, transfer the tours from the old account to the new account. Read here how to transfer your tours.
Go to the new account and confirm that all the tours have been moved.
Cancel the subscription of the old account or contact us at hello@istaging.com for help.
Tip: Make sure you add your contact details to the new account.
At the end of this process, you will have all your tours under a new username.
