How can I create new user on the wikoti | reservations platform?

wikoti | reservations allows you to create new accounts for employees in your restaurant, such as accounts for managers, waiters, or viewers.

  • Manager - has access to all settings and can change services, room plan and other details.

  • Waiter - has access to booking sections, dashboard, and other specific functions.

  • Viewer - can see the information on the platform but cannot make changes.

To create new users, go to Settings – Restaurant management – Users:

Click on Create a user and fill out the following fields:

Choose the desired role for your user and select Create.
