To streamline the way reservations are taken over by the system and to prioritize certain tables in your restaurant (table X will be occupied with priority over table Y), you can decide for yourself how the prioritization works.
Go to Settings – Restaurant management – Tables and select Table priority:
Here, you will need to arrange the tables in the left column of the screen, in order of priority, by drag and drop:
In our example above, table no. 10 is the first meal that will be allocated to customers when they make reservations.
