How do I add a note about my clients?

In addition to the option to add notes for your staff, wikoti | reservations allows you to add notes for each booking, which will remain in your database on that contact's page.

For example, when you make a reservation from the dashboard, the Notes field appears, allowing you to write a message:

This helps you add information about your customers, which you can use to get to know them better, to find out what their preferences are, or to write down the mentions they ask of you.

In the end, the notes will appear in the Reservations tab:
