How do I create a message for customers who make a reservation?

On wikoti | reservation, you can create a message that your customers will see in the online booking module, when they enter the booking details, as well as in its confirmation e-mail, which they receive.

To do so, go to Settings – Restaurant management – Restaurant:

Enter the desired message in the top right part of the screen. This message is a general one and will be displayed every time a customer makes a reservation.

Now, if you want to create a custom message for each service, you can do so in Settings – Services – Opening hours:

Type your message in the bottom part of the screen. When you're done, click the Confirm button. This message will replace the general one, set in the previous step.

At the end, make sure you confirm the changes made at the top of the page:
