To edit a service on wikoti | reservations, simply click on the blue bar for that service:

Then edit the sections that interest you:

  • Maximum hour for making reservations: the last time your customers can make a reservation;

  • Mode: auto, manual, mix. These are the ways to take reservations. Auto means automatically (reservations are confirmed automatically if all criteria are met), manually refers to reservations that must be confirmed by the manager at all times and mix is a combination of the two;

  • Computation mode: capacitive or per table. To benefit from the mass mode, you need the corresponding A la Carte option;

  • Minimum number of people per reservation: minimum number of people per reservation;

  • Maximum number of people per reservation: maximum number of people per reservation;

  • Maximum number of reservations: the maximum number of reservations you can take in a certain interval;

  • Bookable hours: the hours when your customers can make reservations;

  • Mandatory menu selection: mandatory selection of a menu by the customer, when he makes a reservation (suitable for special events or occasions);

  • Enable online payment: making a reservation by the customer only if he makes an online payment in the form of an advance payment or guarantee (deposit);

  • Add a note: Add a message to your customers! They will be able to see it when making a reservation online, as well as in the booking confirmation email. This message is per service.
