To set the prepayment or guarantee option, go to Settings – Services – Opening hours.
Here, click on the service for which you want to activate this option and check Enable online payment:
Now, choose the option of guarantee or payment in advance, as well as how they are charged: per reservation or per customer. Then choose the amount you want to charge your customers and click the Confirm button. Make sure you've confirmed your changes at the top of the page as well.
