RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept your return within 10 business days for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
Please return the item/s with a reliable carrier and a tracking number. Use your order # as an RA on the package and include a copy of your order receipt inside the package.
We currently don't allow web returns to be dropped off at our store. Orders must be shipped back for a refund.
Exchanges are allowed within 10 days at our store. We don't offer exchanges on the website. A new order must be placed.
Packages returned after 10 days will not receive a refund.
Returns are processed once we've received & inspected your item. Once approved, you will be refunded via the same payment method used for your initial purchase. It can take up to 14 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your processor.
SALE / PROMO ITEMS:
Unfortunately, we can not accept any returns on sale items. Promo codes will not be honored after purchase.
