Why Hasn’t My Deposit Been Credited?

If your deposit hasn’t appeared in your gaming account, don’t worry — the issue often depends on the payment method you used. Below you'll find guidance based on the method you selected:


💳 Credit Card Deposits

In rare cases, even if a transaction is confirmed on-screen, the funds may not immediately reflect in your gaming account. Here’s what to do:

  1. Wait a few minutes, then refresh the page.

  2. If the deposit still doesn’t appear within an hour, check your bank account to confirm whether the amount was charged.

  3. Failed deposits are typically refunded within 5 business days. If that hasn’t happened, please contact our support team with a screenshot of the charged transaction, and we’ll follow up with the payment provider.


👛 E-Wallets

If your deposit via e-wallet hasn’t gone through:

  1. Refresh the page to check your account balance again.

  2. Verify if the funds were deducted from your e-wallet balance.

  3. If funds were taken, reach out to us with the transaction ID, date, time, amount, and crypto address (if applicable). Please include proof of payment so we can investigate promptly.


🏦 Instant/Direct Banking

Instant Banking deposits are usually processed immediately, but technical issues may cause delays. Here’s what to do:

  1. Refresh your page and check your account balance.

  2. If still missing, wait 1 hour and refresh again.

  3. If the issue persists, please provide proof of your deposit showing your full name, deposit amount, bank account number, and transaction date clearly.


🔁 Brite / Trustly

These transactions are usually instant, but if something goes wrong:

  1. Wait a few minutes, then refresh the page.

  2. Check your bank account to confirm the funds were deducted and ensure you haven’t exceeded your bank’s deposit limits. If the limit was exceeded, the amount should automatically return to your account.

  3. Refunds for failed transactions generally take 1–2 business days. If you haven’t received your funds back within that time, send us a screenshot of the transaction, and we’ll investigate with Trustly directly.

⚠️ Encountered an error during the transaction?
If an error message appeared but you didn’t cancel the payment, the funds may still be debited from your account. In such cases, it can take up to 5 business days for the deposit to appear in your gaming account automatically.
