To add a new status click + Status

Statuses showing from top to bottom will equate to left to right in your pipeline view. E.g. the last status shown will be displayed on the right-hand side of your screen. To change the order the statuses are displayed, click and hold on the = icon to the left, then drag and drop into the new order.

To edit an existing status, click the ✎ icon, a pop-up will appear, and you can change the colour, the status name or delete the status entirely. When deleting the status, if there are existing estimates within this status, you will be prompted to select which status to move these estimates into. This prevents the estimates from being deleted along with the status.
