How to create an item or assembly catalogue

Catalogues are a great way to maintain supplier pricing lists to use in your estimate costings

To create an item or assembly catalogue, navigate to Catalogues on the left menu and select + Catalogue at the top right.

Within the Add Catalogue pop-up, you can name the catalogue, choose the type if it is an Item or Assembly catalogue and the Contact associated.

An Item catalogue is a list of costings related to single items. An Assembly catalogue is a list of costings where more than one item (material and labour) makes up an assembled item.

Once you have created the catalogue, you can add individual items by clicking + Product in the top right of the screen, or you can bulk import items from a CSV file by clicking the arrow to the right of the + Product button.
