To create a new email marketing automation, navigate on the main left menu to System Automations > and in the top-right click + Automation.
Tick the checkbox next to Enable to ensure the automation/campaign is active. If you want to disable the automation without deleting it you can un-tick the checkbox.
Next, set the automation trigger. This trigger can relate to anything across the entire JACK platform. This is the set of circumstances that must exist for the automation to be actioned. In the example below, we are using trigger: when a Lead has been in status new lead for 30 days.
You can now select the action you wish to automate. JACK can complete several actions for you, but in this example, we have selected Send Email.
You will then be prompted to insert a token/tokens for the email address (e.g. client_email), and add an email subject and your custom message.
An example is shown below of entering the token {client_email}. JACK will automatically retrieve the lead-specific email address and use it to send the email.
Additionally, you can insert tokens within the message body to customise the email further. For example, you could use Dear {client_name}, and the email will be automatically addressed to the client name saved against the lead.
