To set the conversion rate for each stage within your sales pipeline, navigate to Settings > Data Setup > Sales Pipeline > select the pencil icon and add a percentage conversion rate > Save. From this menu, you can also add new lead statuses and rename or reorder your sales pipeline.
This conversion rate will help calculate your forecasted company cashflow by considering weighted pipeline sales. For example, New Leads may have a conversion rate of 10%, while Close to signing leads may have a conversation rate of 75%.
