When creating a task, you can allocate the task to a specific category, this will display all tasks for each category in a global task pipeline view with the status of the task.

You can add and customise task categories to suit your business by navigating to Settings > Data Setup > Task Categories > + Category. You will need to add a name and colour for each task category. Existing categories can be edited using the ✏️ icon, and existing categories can be moved in order by using the = icon to drag and drop in the order you want. Task categories at the top of the list will show on the left side of the pipeline view.
