You can have multiple contacts saved for each supplier or subcontractor. You can also customise how much or how little information is available for each contact.
For example, one of your suppliers may want their staff member to be able to access job schedules but not see purchase orders. This can be set up by navigating to Supplier/Contractor > Contacts > select Contact > Access Permissions and edit their read/write access using the tick-boxes.
Dont forget to save your changes.
