You can invite your client to the Client Portal so that they can make selections, approve variations, and view documents, tasks, and the job status for their specific Job.
To enable access for a client, navigate to Contacts > Clients > select the relevant Client. Ensure the client has an email address within JACK and select Enable Portal Access. This will send the client an email to enable their portal access.
You can customise the amount of detail customers can view at a business-wide level by editing the settings at Settings > Other Options.
