Enable portal access for your Client

You can invite your client to the Client Portal so that they can make selections, approve variations, and view documents, tasks, and the job status for their specific Job.

  1. To enable access for a client, navigate to Contacts > Clients > select the Client

  2. Ensure the client has an email address and then click on

    This will send the client an email to enable their portal access

You can customise the amount of information customers can view at a business-wide level by editing the settings at Settings > Other Options.
