JACK allows you to create teams made up of staff members and suppliers/subcontractors so that you can more efficiently assign and update schedule items.

To create a new team, navigate to Settings > Team Management > click + New Team at the top right of the screen. You will then be able to add any contractors or staff members that are set up under contacts. You will be able to view any teams that have been previously created on the left of the screen.
