Accepting or declining proposed changes from trades/subcontractors on schedule items
Updated over a week ago

JACK allows your trades/subcontractors to propose changes to a scheduled item. These proposed changes relate to start date, end date, and duration.

To accept or decline a proposed change, carry out the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Jobs > select relevant job > Project Management > Schedule and double-click a schedule item.

  2. The pop-up Add/Edit Schedule Item will appear on the right. If the trade/subcontractor proposes any schedule changes, they will appear as a proposed change (see image below).

  3. You can accept this change, automatically updating your job schedule and any schedule items linked to it. The trade/subcontractor will be notified.

  4. Alternatively, by declining the proposed change, JACK will notify the assigned trade/subcontractor and will also keep your schedule as it currently is.
