Keep your staff, suppliers, and subcontractors up to date with any changes to your job schedule

Updated over a week ago

JACK allows you to automatically notify subcontractors, suppliers, and staff of changes to a Job Schedule.

You can also make multiple changes whilst the schedule is 'offline' and then communicate all changes at once by making the schedule 'visible'.

To change a schedule item, navigate to Jobs on the main left menu > select relevant Job > Project Management > Schedule. You can then drag and drop the schedule item or edit its timing by double-clicking on it and editing the start date, duration, and/or end date.

Once you save this change, and if the job schedule is set as Schedule Visible, then you will be prompted to share a notification with the assigned contact for that schedule item.

If you wish to make multiple changes to the schedule without notifying the assignees until all changes are complete, then you must first set the schedule to Schedule Not Visible. Then, make changes to the schedule using the drag-and-drop feature or by editing the start dateduration, and/or end date.

Once you are happy with all the changes to the schedule, you can select Schedule Visible. You will then have the option to notify the assigned subcontractor or supplier.
