Save time by adding multiple quick filters on your job schedule view

You can save multiple quick filter views that allow you to view only specific information relating to job schedules. To save a quick filter view, complete the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Schedule > Planner view > and set your relevant filters on the right-hand side of the screen.

  2. You can filter by team, contact, contractor/supplier type, jobs, jobs status, date range, response, or show all items/my items.

  3. Once all required filters are selected, click Save as Quick Filter > Name the filter > Click on Save Quick Filter.

Now, when you access schedules via Planner view, you can select which Quick Filter you would like to apply by clicking the drop-down menu at the top right.
