You can save multiple quick filter views that allow you to view only specific information relating to job schedules. To save a quick filter view, complete the following steps:
Navigate to Schedule > Planner view > and set your relevant filters on the right-hand side of the screen.
You can filter by team, contact, contractor/supplier type, jobs, jobs status, date range, response, or show all items/my items.
Once all required filters are selected, click Save as Quick Filter > Name the filter > Click on Save Quick Filter.
Now, when you access schedules via Planner view, you can select which Quick Filter you would like to apply by clicking the drop-down menu at the top right.
