JACK allows you to send a variation to your client for approval via the client portal. A variation is a change in cost from the approved estimate that will be passed on to the client.
To send a variation to a client for approval, complete the following steps:
Once you have allocated the variation to a cost category, linked any relevant selection sets or allowances click on Save and Release at the bottom right.
The Send Variation Pop-up will appear. Select the client contact or contacts you want to send the variation to.
You can then include a Custom Message that will be sent with the variation.
Click Send Variation at the bottom right. The variation will then be emailed to the selected contact/contacts and will also appear in the Client Portal if they have been granted access.
