Project Documentation

To include plans with a request for a quote, navigate to Request for Quotes > select the relevant RFQ > scroll to the bottom of the page, and complete the following steps:

  1. Select Include plans and takeoffs.

  2. To change which plans and takeoffs are included, click on ✏️Edit Selection.

  3. A side menu will appear, allowing you to show takeoff shapes on pages and include only certain pages of the plan.

  4. Use the tick-box selector to choose which pages of the plan to send with the RFQ. This will help you share only relevant information with your subcontractors/suppliers.

  5. Under the Include Takeoffs section, you can choose specifically which takeoffs you want to include in the RFQ.

Project Specifications

To include specifications that have been created from your estimated costings, navigate to Request for Quotes > select the relevant RFQ > scroll down to Project Documentation and complete the following steps:

  1. Under the Project Documentation heading, select the tick-box to include specifications in a PDF.

  2. Next, you can choose which specifications you want to include by clicking on ✏️Edit Selection.

  3. You can select to Include all specifications or choose each individual specification you want to include with the RFQ.

  4. Ensure you Save your selections before closing the menu.

Other Attachments

There are two ways to add attachments to be emailed with your Request for quote:

  1. In the Other Attachments section at the bottom of the page, drag and drop the files into the attachments box.

  2. Alternatively, within the attachments box, click browse, and a file can be selected from your file network.
