Create incident reports for a safety issue

JACK allows you to record Safety Incidents that occur on a Job site.

To view safety incidents, navigate to Jobs > select the relevant Job > Safety > Incidents.

To add a new Incident Report, navigate to Jobs > select the relevant Job > Safety > Incidents and complete the following steps:

  1. Click on the + Incident button in the top right of the screen.

  2. You will be asked to record the type of incident, such as a physical injury or near miss, as well as the incident details, corrective actions implemented, and Details of whether emergency services were called.

  3. If you scroll down, you can also add the people involved and their role in the incident, as well as upload photos or other documentation by using the Upload files box.

  4. Make sure to Save your changes.
