View bills related to specific costing items in the budget
View bills related to specific costing items in the budget

To view any bills that have been approved for payment or paid for a specific cost category, navigate to Jobs > select the relevant Job > Job Financials > Budget and click on the cost category to expand and view the items below.

On the right-hand side of the screen, there are two columns: Paid and Remaining. An orange icon indicates that a bill is assigned to this cost item. Click on the $ paid figure, and the Cost Item Bills side menu will display, where you can see all bills allocated to that cost item.

Clicking on an individual bill will take you to the Job Financials > Bills screen, where you can view more details for that specific bill.

Note: If the total amount of paid bills exceeds the estimated cost, the remaining amount will be shown in red. If there is a budget amount remaining to spend, the number will be displayed in green.
