Overview
⚠️Before pushing costings to the job budget, confirm your estimate structure is finalised. Once a Costing is synced - either at conversion or when Push to Job Budget is clicked - it is locked to its current position and Cost Category, indicated by this icon (
) next to the line item. You can still update a synced item's description, quantity and price from the estimate, but you cannot reorder, move or delete line items, Cost Categories or Cost Groups.
If you need to restructure your estimate, do so in Estimates > Costings before converting your lead to a job.
Start your job with an unlocked estimate to manage purchase orders, deposit invoices, and client changes, keeping your project flexible from the start.
