Overview
Learn how to set up different rate types in JACK, to give you the ability to have a variety of rates based on skills or days of the week. For example; you can have categories such as Standard, Weekend, Overtime as well as, Carpentry, Plumbing, etc.
ℹ️ Charge-out rates are the per-hour amounts that customers will be paying for labor costs in a Cost-Plus job.
Please note that the markup percentage will be added to these figures and that the figures are not linked to an employee's pay rate in QuickBooks.
Navigate to Settings > Data Setup > Charge Out Rate Categories
Add a new category by typing in the text box then choose
You can re-order categories by clicking on the = and dragging categories up or down.
To remove a category, click on the archive icon
