Set up your Safety User Account and stay safe on-site

Download JACK App

When you arrive on site, locate the site sign and scan the QR code using your mobile phone camera. If you haven't downloaded the app, this will direct you to download from the App Store or Google Play.

Scan QR Code & Sign Up For Account

Once the JACK App has been installed and opened on your mobile device, select “Already at a Job Site.” This will open the built-in QR code scanner. Hold your device over the job site QR code to scan it. Once the code has been successfully scanned, the app will prompt you to 'sign up for an account'.

Follow the prompts to sign up and enter your details, completing the required fields to register your account. After your registration is complete, you will be able to continue with the job site induction.

Complete Job Site Induction

After creating your account & logging in, you will be prompted to complete the site induction. This will guide you through any job-specific safety information and requirements before commencing work on site.

Acknowledge or Upload Job SWMS

You will be prompted to review and acknowledge any Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) that apply to the job. If required, you may also upload your own SWMS documents directly through the app.

Upload Required Compliance Documents

You will need to upload any required compliance documents to your profile before checking in on-site. This may include licenses, tickets, or other relevant certifications requested for the job, such as a White Card(AU) or OSHA 10 Card(NA).

Safety User Access

As a Safety User, you will have access to Induction Information, Site Attendance (Check In/Check Out), Toolbox Meetings and shared Job Files.
