Convert Estimate To A Job
To access this functionality, navigate to Estimates > Costings and click
. A pop-up will open with a three-step workflow.
Step
: Select your Job Template and enter or confirm the job address.

Step
: Set the Job Type to Fixed Price or Cost Plus. You also have the option to enable 'Invoice Retention' for Percentage Complete Jobs. Click Next to move to Step 3.

Step
: Before converting your lead into a job, you have one final step. Under Contract Price, choose whether to lock it to your estimate or leave it unlocked.
