Overview
You can manage how allowances are presented in your proposal directly within the relevant Document or Document Template. Navigate to the relevant Estimate > Documents and select the relevant Document or click
to create a new one. After completing the fields in the side menu, use the drop-down to expand the Estimate section and link your estimate.
Once linked, scroll to the Allowances section to customise how they display. Use the tick boxes to choose whether to include the allowances in your proposal, show Quantity and UOM, and include tax in the totals. The live preview on the left will update automatically, allowing you to review how the allowances will appear before finalising the document.
💡Always save your changes before leaving the document.
