I didn't get virtual chips/coins for a scatter pot burst. What should I do?
If you are disconnected before receiving virtual chips/coins for a scatter pot burst on a virtual slot game, you will still get your share of the pot burst.
Try this:
Reopen the game - Even if you're no longer at the table, you'll get a notification about your winning virtual chips/coins once the pot bursts.
Check the full virtual chip/coin count - Some displays in APP can only fit a certain number of characters. To fit the virtual chip/coin total in the display, the total may be rounded. If you don’t see your total changing, it may simply be because the quantity of newly added virtual chips/coins is not large enough to affect the displayed rounded total.You can always view your full, non-rounded virtual chip/coin total at the bottom of the in-game store.
Check the connection - The game may be having trouble connecting. If your connection is interrupted while the virtual chip/coin total is updating, the new total may not display. Playing on a fast, stable connection is the best way to prevent this from happening.
