How do I combine my accounts?
Please contact Customer Support and do the following:
Provide details about the last two (2) purchases in Jackpot Magic Slots, including:
Date
Price
Purchase source (Google Play, iTunes, Big Fish Games website)
A screenshot of the receipt.
Share the Friend Codes for the accounts you wish to combine.
Let Customer Support know which account you'd like to continue using.
With this information, Customer Support will verify the accounts and merge the other account(s) into the one you wish to keep.
